Kindly follow our two-step process:

Fill in and submit your data recovery request via our Online
Data Recovery Request Form. You may print out a copy of the
form for reference. Please take note of the Request ID generated
after your job submission. |

Upon submitting the data recovery request form, please send
in the data media to us for evaluation. You could send in your
data media to us via courier or in person
together with a printed Data Recovery Request Form for identification
of your media.
Remove the media from the computer (Get professional assistance
if necessary) Wrap media in an anti-static bag or tinfoil
to prevent Static Electricity. All media should be in proper
packing (Example: Anti-Static Bubble Pack). Send it to: |

When we have received your media, we will perform a
free evaluation on your media. A quotation will be generated
for you between 1-3 working days.
If you accept our quotation and agree to proceed with the data recovery
process, our data recovery specialist will start recovering the
data from your media. |
